| The following terms and conditions form part of the HardcoreMoney Webmaster/Affiliate Agreement and are legally binding immediately upon signup. We reserve the right to alter or terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Failure to comply with any of the following prohibitions and guidelines will result in the immediate cancellation of all your accounts and forfeiture of any funds owed to you. We reserve the right to prohibit webmasters who send unprofitable traffic from future participation in our program(s). We also reserve the right to alter your payrate and/or program participation, proactively or retroactively, should we deem your traffic unprofitable. |
| Accounts participating in the Per-Signup portion of our program will be paid $40 per paid trial. |
| Accounts participating in the Revsharing portion of our program will be paid 65% commission sales to our sites. |
Accounts participating in the Per-Unique or Per-Raw portions of our program will be paid on the following payout tables:

| A raw visit is a complete HTTP GET request by a browser to our front page as determined by our tracking software. Webmasters in the per raw program will only be paid for raw hits sent via an approved banner or text link. The spawning of popup windows (without prior account approval) is forbidden. |
| A unique visit is a valid raw visit, wherein the visitor has not yet seen our site in the past 24 hours, as determined by our tracking software. This assessment can involve, but is not limited to, visit time, browser version, ISP info, visitor actions, pages visited, etc. We think you will find that our tracking of uniques is far superior to that of our competitors. Webmasters in the per unique program will only be paid for unique hits sent via an approved banner or text link. The spawning of popup windows (without prior account approval) is forbidden. |
| Webmasters will be paid in terms of NET 15. This means you will be issued your commission earned 15 days after the end of your FIRST pay period, pending that monies owed exceed $50 or your minimum payout level, whichever is higher. All subsequent earnings will be paid once per pay period for the period ending 2 weeks prior. This is known as NET 15. Pay periods are in 2-per-month cycles and span the 1st thru the 15th, and the 16th thru the end of the month. |
YOU MAY:
- Send as much traffic as you like
- Send traffic from more than one site
- Host as many links to us on one page as you like
- Use our banners or design your own
- Use blind links, text links, or pop-up consoles
- Register your linking code with Search Engines and Free-For-All listings.
- Use whatever methods at your disposal to send traffic provided you comply with all terms and conditions herein.

The following practices are NOT ALLOWED:
- Spam newsgroups with links to us
- Spam email with links to us
- Spamming... in any form
- Post our links in chatrooms
- Advertise our sites on password trading sites
- Use the word "free" in your linking information to us
- Link to any other page on our site other than the front page
- Send traffic from sources containing illegal content such as, but not limited to, beastiality, child pornography, etc.
- Send traffic via links that are not clearly identified as leading to adult content, or redirecting via domain names that are not adult in nature.
- Any other practice that could impair our goodwill and business reputation, or expose us to legal liability.

| Additionally, webmasters participating in the per raw or per unique programs may not disable or edit the exit consoles or popunder windows on our sites in any way. |
A valid login must be provided within 36 hours for all websites sending traffic to us from password protected/restricted areas. Your refusal will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of all earnings due to you. |
| All statistics are registered and computed on OUR SERVER. Tampering with or otherwise attempting to invalidate the accuracy of our systems will result in the closure of your account and forfeiture of income yet unpaid. Any accounts suspected of fraud will be terminated in similar fashion. We will prosecute cheaters! |
| Our logs will prevail in determining your earnings due. |
| You must notify us within 24 hours of any changes to the information in your account. |
| We shall not be held liable for any loss of income or profit arising from server downtime, software bugs, programming errors, or payment processor downtime. |
| If you are not satisfied with this site or any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices therein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your account with us and discontinue advertising our sites. |
